A very flavourful pear, the Mountain Pear by Bumper Crop is extra sweet and sugary. Smooth, with some elements of the alcohol (7%), it’s a lot to take in and very commercial. Similar to other pear-based cocktails, as opposed to a fruit-focused cider. Has some tangy notes in the finish, along with some filmy aftertaste that you would find in carbonated water.
